Peanut Butter Fudge Pops

Peanut Butter fudge popsPopsicles are the perfect summer treat. If you invest in an inexpensive popsicle mold, you can save a lot of money instead of stopping at the ie cream truck or going to the store. Plus it’s fun to experiment with fresh fruits and recipes. You can find a ton of books and websites out there with popsicle recipes, but here’s one of our favorites to make fudge pops. We modified the original recipe a little bit to give it a twist of peanut butter, too. Here it is…

Peanut Butter Fudge Pops

  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Peanut butter chips

Mix all the ingredients together. Drop a few peanut butter chips into your popsicle mold and then add liquid mixture. Don’t fill it too full. Add a few more peanut butter chips at the end. Place bottoms on the top and then freeze for several hours.
